Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded for reasons including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Compatibility issues not verified before purchase
• Product no longer required

• Customer preference changes
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
In case you receive:
• A physically damaged product
• A defective product upon arrival
• A wrong product different from your order
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email at support@martners.com along with:
• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Unboxing Video (if available)
• Description of the issue
Our team will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is found to be genuine.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced directly through the respective manufacturer’s authorized service centers as per the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION
