Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

In some cases, processing may take longer due to product availability, high order volume, or operational reasons.

  1. SHIPPING PARTNER

Martners.com primarily uses India Post and other courier partners, as required, to deliver orders across India.

The choice of courier service is solely at the discretion of Martners.com

  1. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery times are:

• Maharashtra: 3–7 business days
• Other States in India: 5–10 business days
• Remote and Rural Areas: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary depending on:

• India Post network conditions
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Remote location accessibility
• Other factors beyond our control

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Martners.com reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods whenever possible.

Customers may also contact us for shipment status updates.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name
• Shipping Address
• Landmark
• Mobile Number
• PIN Code

Martners.com shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  1. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failure to collect from the post office

The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch of the order.

  1. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once an order is marked as delivered by India Post or the courier partner, Martners.com shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

  1. DAMAGED PARCELS

If the outer package appears damaged during delivery, customers are requested to:

• Take photographs before opening
• Record an unboxing video whenever possible
• Contact us immediately

Any shipping damage claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Martners.com ships only within India unless otherwise specified.
